Sbires (Minions in french) is a game about changing the point of view of the player.

 

It comes from a reflection on the habits of the player and the game designers, the violence of the Heroes against the Minions.

We wanted to bring the player to emancipation (and if possible to laughter) playing around the apparent rules of the game.

The universe of Sbires is a patchwork of clichés, from the beautiful and strong prince to the dark dungeon, house of all adventures. It's a dark universe filled with dark humour and some dark chickens.

 

The aim was to enhance all the traits  (the good ones, and mostly the bad ones) of the characters, pointing some habits of the designers in the industry of video games, cinema, comics, animation...
